PRICING & RETURN POLICY

Pricing Policy

We make every effort to maintain inventory accuracy but we reserve the right, when necessary, to substitute for an equal or better item in the event the item you order is out of stock. All quotes are valid for 24hrs. We reserve the right to correct printing or technical errors in any promotional documents.

Prices shown do not include taxes. Prices shown are by the geographical area in which we operate and are based on market conditions.

Clearance: Clearance discounts are specific to each product and apply only to items indicated as "clearance." Clearance products are considered final sale, unless the product arrives damaged. Clearance pricing can be combined with Pro+ discounts but with no other offers, discounts or promo codes. Discounts cannot be applied to past purchases. Clearance items are available while supplies last. Other restrictions may apply.

Damages

All damaged materials must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, and we will provide credit or exchange of the damaged materials. If not reported within 48 hours of delivery, the material will be deemed in good condition when delivered by RenoRun.

Returns

PRO+ Customers No-Hassle Return Policy: You never pay restocking fees and have access to free returns, subject to the Returns Exceptions below*. PRO+ members also have a 60-day return policy, twice as long as other RenoRun builders. The customer is responsible to ensure that the materials returned are in saleable condition and easily accessible for pick-up (no garbage, broken material, debris, etc near it).

All Non-Pro+ Customers Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the amount of the item being returned + a delivery fee, subject to the Returns Exceptions below*. All returned goods must be in saleable condition and easily accessible for pick-up (no garbage, broken material, debris, etc near it).

Returns Exceptions: We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee, refuse pick-up of the returned item(s), or refuse the return request if:

  • The returned goods are not in saleable condition.
  • The items returned are not easily accessible for pick-up (i.g. garbage, broken material, debris, etc. near it)
  • It’s a Custom/Special order. Such items cannot be returned. A custom order is defined as any product that has been cut or mixed. Any special order products such as as doors, windows, window treatments, bath tubs, or specialty decking, siding, or flooring cannot be returned.

DeWALT Warranty: RenoRun offers a 90-day satisfaction warranty on all DeWalt Power Tools (includes batteries and chargers; excludes power tool accessories and hand tools). If for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your DeWalt power tool, you can return within 90 days of purchase along with your original proof of purchase. Simply contact our Customer Service to request a return order.
